Hilary Burke is a board-certified clinical pharmacist, healthcare leader, and educator with more than 15 years of experience leading clinical operations, pharmacy services, and organizational transformation within nationally recognized health systems.
Throughout her career, Hilary has led multidisciplinary clinical teams, developed high-performing pharmacy services, and implemented initiatives that improve quality, patient safety, operational efficiency, and financial stewardship.

Michael Burke oversees the operations of all Steady State Ventures’ assets. With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning Fortune 10 retail, healthcare, and supply chain, Michael helps organizations navigate complex business challenges.
Throughout his career, Michael has led multi-billion-dollar business portfolios and negotiated some of the largest pharmaceutical supply agreements in the United States, delivering measurable financial and operational results.
Leanne Ebert Murphy, JD
Co-Founder & Director of Board Affairs
Leanne Ebert Murphy is an accomplished executive and legal leader with decades of experience advising complex organizations. As a former General Counsel, she partnered with executive leadership to navigate regulatory and compliance matters.
Her extensive experience in corporate governance and transactional law strengthens Steady State Ventures’ ability to mature, expand, and create lasting impacts.
